The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially Tiina at the reception who welcomed me late at night with a big smile. The location was perfect, as it was right on the Levi front slope, allowing me to easily access the ski slopes. From my room, I had a breathtaking view of the whole Levi valley, and on my first night, I was lucky enough to witness the Northern Lights. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with great amenities such as underfloor heating in the bathroom and a drying cabinet for my ski gear. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from, and the staff took excellent care of the buffet. The on-site Ice Dome was a highlight of my stay, and the bar staff were always friendly and engaging.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends without any hesitation.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is absolutely stunning, situated halfway up the ski slope with panoramic views overlooking the town of Levi. It was so convenient to be able to ski straight from the hotel door. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The sofa and armchair were perfect for relaxation, and the sauna in the suite was a wonderful bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was top-notch. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with plenty of options to choose from. the comfort, quality services, and breathtaking location made my stay here truly exceptional.

During my recent stay at Hotel Levi Panorama & Levi Chalets, I was blown away by the attention to detail and the breathtaking views. The hotel went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable experience.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks mentioned in the database reviews, such as limited TV channels and some cleaning aspects on bed covers, they did not overshadow the overall wonderful experience I had at Hotel Levi Panorama & Levi Chalets.

The location was perfect for skiing, with direct access to the slopes. The views were breathtaking and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The facilities, including the sauna and fully equipped kitchenette, were a great bonus. The hotel also offered free rides with the cable car, which was a nice perk. it was a fantastic option for an active holiday.

Great location for enjoying the midnight sun and alpine slopes. Beautiful views from the restaurant. Fabulous pancakes and buffet breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff, with the option to borrow sledges. Comfortable and well-equipped rooms with a heated drying cupboard. Additional sauna available.

The hotel's location is perfect for a ski vacation, as it is just next to the slopes and on the gondola which takes you down into the village where you can meet ski school. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with amenities such as a kettle and toiletries provided in the bathroom. The staff members are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of a ski storage room and a sauna to relax in after a day on the slopes.

The food options at the hotel, particularly the buffet restaurant, seemed to be below par and overpriced, leaving guests feeling disappointed and ripped off.

The location was perfect, with the gondola cars providing easy access to the city center and offering a fun way to enjoy the breathtaking scenery. The gym may have been small, but who needs a gym on vacation anyway? my experience was a solid 10 out of 10. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
