I always stay at Radisson Red. Staff helped with my elderly parents the first time. It has all I need: Free Wi-Fi, Sauna, 24-hr reception, Bar, Restaurant. Coming back for Xmas. Great amenities: Air conditioning, No smoking, Fitness centre, Pets allowed. Everything suits me perfectly.

Oh boy, the breakfast spread had me dancing! Those pancakes? Legendary. And the sauna? Pure bliss after a day of culinary adventures nearby, like the miso soup at Sori Taproom—life-changing! Loved the stylish vibe and comfy beds too, felt right at home.

We had an excellent stay with outstanding service at this hotel in Helsinki. the staff, especially Lotta, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and ensure we had a comfortable stay. the breakfast was rich and delicious, the room had a beautiful view of the snowy park, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. the only downside was the inability to adjust the room temperature lower than 20 degrees, which made it a bit too warm for a restful sleep.
