The location of the hotel is perfect for those who love nature and outdoor activities. It is surrounded by beautiful hiking trails and offers easy access to a supermarket. The helpful and friendly staff make your stay even more enjoyable. The cabins are new, clean, and spacious, offering comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The sauna is a great addition, providing a soothing experience after a long day of exploring.

The cabins could use some improvements in terms of storage space and amenities in the smaller bedrooms.

We had an absolutely wonderful time here! The location was perfect, with everything we needed just a short walk away - from the supermarket, to the stores in the area, and even to some amazing hikes. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for, such as ironing facilities, heating, and even a nice sitting area. The free wi-fi was a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our trip.

Loved the location, surrounded by breathtaking scenery, and liked the cozy cabin with a comfortable bed, that provided a great place to relax after spending a day hiking in the nearby trails. The cabin was well-equipped with a small kitchen that provided us the freedom to cook our meals when we didn't feel like eating out. Plus, the nearby supermarket provided us with all the necessary food and drinks, and it was handy for last-minute purchases.

The steep and narrow stairs to the bedrooms were a bit challenging, especially carrying large bags, and the lack of space to hang wet clothes was a bit disappointing. The cabin looked a bit dull, with gravel underfoot and views of surrounding cabin rows.

During our stay at Santa's Hotel Rakka, we were delighted by the modern, clean cabins with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The cabin itself was spacious, nicely decorated, and offered plenty of electrical outlets. The beds were comfortable, and we especially appreciated the cozy little bedrooms upstairs. The sauna and shower were also very nice amenities. We were fortunate enough to witness the beauty of the Northern lights through the window of one of the bedrooms, creating an unforgettable experience. The location of the hotel in the middle of the village was perfect for accessing nearby shops, restaurants, and hiking trails. The direct access to the Saana ski track was a bonus for those interested in winter sports.

Although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there were a couple of drawbacks to note. The walkway to other cottages went in front of our windows, which meant we had to keep the curtains closed often, limiting our ability to fully enjoy the stunning views.
