I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff at the front desk went above and beyond when our luggage got lost. They even called someone to pick it up and bring it to the hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect, right near the city center and within walking distance to great restaurants and excursion spots. The room size was just right, and the hotel offers a private airport shuttle right outside the entrance. The breakfast was delicious with many options, and you get to choose a time slot to avoid overcrowding.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel and had a truly enjoyable experience. The room I stayed in on the 4th floor was spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities. I particularly loved the cleverly designed trash bin below the basin. The hotel also had a massive lobby with a gift shop, which offered souvenirs at cheaper prices than Santa Claus Village.

The only downside was the view from my room due to the ongoing demolition of a building in front of the hotel, which caused some drilling noises. However, this small drawback did not dampen my overall experience.

We got great value for our money at Santa'S Hotel Santa Claus. The room was clean and spacious, with a balcony overlooking the city center.
