As a tourist, I loved the beautiful Art Nouveau style of the building, especially the grand staircase. The renovation has been done impeccably and the building is protected. The breakfast buffet was extensive and offered a variety of delicious options, from continental to local delicacies. The indoor winter garden and outdoor terrace added to the charming ambience. The bar had a great drinks menu and the staff were friendly. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel's location next to the Central Station was excellent, making it convenient for exploring the city. The room I had on one of the upper floors had a lovely view of the square.

The room was so comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The dining restaurant had amazing special diet menus, and the staff at the reception desk were so helpful in planning my stay. I also appreciated the sauna and leisure facilities, as well as the beautiful garden area.

The value for money at Scandic Grand Central was excellent, with a comfy bed, nice room, and the best breakfast we've ever had at a hotel. The central location was perfect, with plenty of shops and places to eat within sight and even more within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel has a wonderful location, with plenty of sights within walking distance in the center and just next to a main train terminal. The hall is elegant, and some rooms offer a beautiful view of the botanic garden and laser beams from the funfair. Guests enjoyed the excellent breakfast with a huge choice of delicious food.

Some guests reported minor issues, such as a soft bed or a curtain that couldn't be closed.
