The hotel had a great location, close to the city center and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The Christmas decorations were beautiful and created a festive atmosphere. It was also nice to have complimentary hot chocolate and gingerbread cookies in the lobby.

The room we stayed in was very outdated. The furniture looked old and worn out, and the bed was uncomfortable. Our room also had a strange odor and the heating system was very loud and kept waking us up at night. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing, with limited options and not very fresh food. we were disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was really convenient, being fairly close to the train station and in the center of a very quiet town. The front office staff were lovely and very helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast was very good, with fresh and tasty food.

The cleanliness of the hotel could use some improvement, as there were stains on the mattress and dust under the bed.

The staff at the reception were also incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Another highlight was the breakfast, which was one of the best I've had. The variety and quality of the food was outstanding, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was warm and inviting.
