We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and were very pleased with our experience. The location is excellent, being within walking distance to the main attractions and amenities. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a separate entrance which was perfect for our small pet. The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful, even giving our dog a treat. The bed was large and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. we found this hotel to be a great choice for our stay.

Good city hotel, quiet. Pedestrian bridge to city centre. Comfortable room and bed. Free on-site parking. Wonderful location on small island. Close to Olavinlinna and bus station. Balcony in every room. Friendly staff.

Nothing not to love.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The location is just beyond the bridge from the center of the island and surrounded by forest, making it a peaceful and tranquil retreat. I loved how it was away from the traffic and bustling city noise. The service here was top-notch, with room service always prompt and efficient. I also appreciated the option to hire bicycles, allowing me to explore the beautiful surroundings at my own pace. The housekeeping staff ensured that my room was always clean and tidy, and the laundry service was convenient for longer stays. The airport shuttle was a bonus, making my arrival and departure hassle-free.

Convenient location near train station, clean bathroom, room with lake view & balcony, helpful staff fulfilling requests, satisfactory breakfast. Clean spa area with pool, saunas, and relaxation options. Excellent massage at nearby wellbeing center.

The hotel offered a diverse breakfast with options such as oatmeal, toast, eggs, fruit, cheese. the location was key as it was within walking distance to the town center and castle, allowing for exploration of the area. the hotel had a large pool with several hot tubs, perfect for relaxation after a day of sightseeing.

The fitness facility had old equipment that seemed worn out, so it was not ideal for those looking for an efficient workout. the rooms were outdated, with small bathrooms and limited amenities.
