Our stay at Wilderness Hotel Nangu & Igloos was truly unforgettable. The location by the lake was breathtaking, and the main lodge was cozy and inviting. We had a nice room with incredibly comfortable beds, and the breakfast provided was very enjoyable. The staff were lovely and even checked on our safety when we went out on the lake in a canoe. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Gorgeous scenery and friendly staff. The location provides stunning views of the surrounding area and the fantastic Northern Lights. Guests can enjoy the comfortable and clean facilities. The winter gear provided ensures warmth and comfort during outdoor excursions.

Limited vegetarian options for dinner and a lack of activities for those not enrolled on excursions. The social spaces could have benefitted from being more separate, and at times staff seemed understaffed resulting in a less attentive service.

We had such a fantastic time at this place! The location is absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by nature and on a frozen lake. It was so peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, always ensuring that our needs were met. They even provided airport shuttle, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. We were also impressed with the variety of amenities offered, such as the welcome drink and tours/ticket assistance. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a cozy sitting area and a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
