We had an amazing stay at this lovely hotel. The location was perfect, just outside of the center of town, making it easy to explore the charming streets and book restaurants. The room was immaculately clean and the bathroom had luxurious Clarins toiletries. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness, providing excellent service and making sure everything was perfect. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of facilities onsite. a truly memorable experience.

One small downside was the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms, which made it uncomfortably warm at night.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in town with a perfect location. the room was amazing, with excellent amenities like a comfortable bed, robes, slippers, and a coffee machine. the ambiance was great, and we enjoyed a delicious dinner in the hotel restaurant. It was lovely to take a stroll around the city at night and then retreat to the peacefulness of our room. We opted for breakfast at a nearby cafe to save on expenses. Parking was convenient as well, either around the corner or at the free lot just a block away.

Spacious and comfortable rooms, modern bathrooms. Hospitable staff, English-speaking, owner present daily. Walking distance to town, with antique shops. Breakfast includes meats, cheeses, cooked-to-order eggs, fresh juice. Highly recommended, would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful hotel. The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the charming old town. The hotel itself is tucked away in a quiet alleyway, providing a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. The room was comfortable and beautifully appointed, with a huge bed, luxurious towels and linen, and all the amenities we could ask for. We especially loved the sitting area and the in-room safe. The restaurant offered a delectable menu, although we didn't have the chance to try it. the service was excellent and the facilities were top-notch.

The location was perfect. Within walking distance from the train station, with a pool and towels provided. The beds and bedding were luxurious, and the big bath towels and robes were a nice touch. The architecture was impressive, and the staff was excellent.

My new year experience at this hotel is nothing to write home about. However, I must say that I enjoyed the complementary champagne and dessert offered on New Year's Eve. the hotel's location was quite central, making it easy to access nearby attractions. the room was quite spacious.

My experience at this hotel was not satisfactory. the heating was insufficient, making the room quite chilly, especially at night.

We had a fantastic stay in the heart of this charming town. The hotel's location was perfect, close to all the sights and within walking distance of everything. The staff was incredibly accommodating and spoke English fluently. They even helped us with transportation, picking us up from the train station and driving us to pick up our rental car. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the 12th-century building had been beautifully restored and modernized while retaining its old-world charm. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the furnishings were beautiful. Breakfast in the morning was delightful, with a variety of options to choose from.
