Beautiful property, with a shower in the bathroom. Excellent dinner in the dining room. Upgraded rooms were lovely. Unseasonably hot weather made sleeping uncomfortable. Staff professional and polite. Hotel perfect for a romantic getaway or wedding. Abbey-themed decor adds a nice touch. Menu looked gastronomic and smelled nice!

The hotel offered free parking and the wildlife in the surrounding area was impressive for a country setting. the staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay.

The room was shabby and the hot water was not consistent. The food was also not up to par, as we received a rare instead of a medium steak and our vegan request was not properly accommodated.

Charming and Unique Experience

We stayed at a charming hotel outside of Nantes for one night. The location was a bit tricky to find, but with GPS and following the signs, we made it to the beautiful Abbaye of Villeuneuve. The hotel had a unique charm with its unusual furniture and decoration. Our upgraded superior room was spacious, filled with antique pieces, and offered a lovely view of the park. The service was courteous, and we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious dinner. Despite a weak wifi signal in the room, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this traditional-style hotel. I highly recommend this charming place.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short taxi ride from the railway station in Nantes. The traditional style and beautiful garden surrounding the hotel created a serene and picturesque atmosphere. Our large and well-appointed room had a very comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The dinner at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, offering great value for money. The staff provided excellent service and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until the time we left.

Highly recommended for everyone looking for an exceptional experience.
