The Aparthotel Adagio Access Marseille Saint Charles was a convenient stay for us with our 5-month-old baby. the staff was friendly and efficient, the location near the station was perfect for exploring, and the spacious layout made our stay comfortable. the addition of a small playroom for kids was a nice touch. Nearby landmarks like the Arc de Triomphe and Basilique Notre Dame de la Garde added to our relaxation and family bonding experience in Marseille.

The location of the hotel is fantastic – it's just a stone's throw away from the train and bus stations, making it super convenient for exploring the city. the staff here were incredibly polite and helpful, ensuring our stay was a pleasant one. the laundry facilities were top-notch, and we appreciated how clean and well-equipped the kitchen was. the shops and convenience stores nearby were handy for picking up snacks and essentials.

One area for improvement could be the air conditioning - it was a bit tricky to get it to work properly, and the room got quite warm at night. It would also be helpful if the hotel provided more towels without guests having to request them, and perhaps looked into upgrading the bathroom facilities to ensure they are in top condition.
