I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. the location was perfect as it was right beside a tram stop, making it extremely convenient to explore the city. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Finally, the rooms were clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay.

I had a fantastic experience and found that all aspects of the hotel were satisfactory.

The location was perfect for exploring Strasbourg and it was excellent value for money. The tram stop was right outside, making it convenient to get around the city. The small kitchenette was well equipped for breakfast and light meals. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with a city map to navigate our way around. we would definitely recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly stay in Strasbourg.

The hotel provided us with a map and the room had a nice coffee pot and a microwave. the location was convenient because it was close to public transportation and there were plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants to choose from.

The bathroom had a bad odor and the exhaust fan didn't work. the cleaning staff didn't clean our room during our stay and we had to ask for extra towels and toilet paper.
