The hotel had a beautiful location right by the lake, with stunning views of the mountains. We loved being close to the marina and enjoyed the nearby eating places and bars. The bus connections to the town were convenient, and we could easily explore the area without a car. The hotel's facilities, especially the swimming pools and hot tubs, were excellent. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were courteous and professional. the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

They went above and beyond to assist us with arranging for our car to be towed back to Italy after an accident. Their level of service was outstanding, and they made us feel right at home. The spa facilities were fantastic, and we particularly enjoyed the pool courses. The professional yet laid-back atmosphere added to the overall positive experience. Additionally, the hotel's location next to the marina was convenient, and we loved the relaxing ambiance of the Thalgo Spa.

This hotel is absolutely mind-blowing! After its recent makeover, it has become super attractive, fresh, and modern. The staff is unbelievably welcoming, friendly, and professional. The location is jaw-dropping, right on the lake and within easy walking distance of the beaches, port, and restaurants. The clean and well-organized spa and pool are included in the price, making it a great value for money. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the rooms are nicely set up with a balcony and plenty of closet space. The spa area is fantastic, with sauna, pools, hot tubs, and a relaxing garden. The breakfast is simply excellent.

The view from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking. We loved waking up to the beautiful lake and boat harbor right in front of us. The room itself was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The separate toilet in the bathroom was a nice touch. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff at the front desk.

The hotel was a bit dated and in need of some refurbishment. The plastic furniture on the balcony and the slightly odd smell in the corridor were minor disappointments.
