We had a wonderful stay at Alane. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided us with great recommendations for dining and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a short stay. The location near the main stations and metro made it convenient to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Paris.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the train station, providing easy access to transportation. The area surrounding the hotel is filled with shops, bars, and restaurants, making it a lively and convenient place to stay. Additionally, the staff is friendly and helpful, providing a luggage store and 24-hour reception.

The noise from the surrounding busy street and occasional sirens can be disruptive, especially if the windows are not properly closed.

Everything was fantastic.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the value for money was excellent. The prices were affordable, especially considering the convenient location close to two big stations. Secondly, the staff were attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Lastly, I was delighted to find that my room had a balcony, just like in the pictures. It was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the view.

We had a great stay at Alane! the staff was always available and helpful. They even printed our Moulin Rouge tickets for us. the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, albeit small. the location was convenient, close to both Gare du Nord and Gare de L'Est. We loved the incredible views from our room and the surprise of having a balcony. the beds were really comfortable too. it was a unique and enjoyable stay.

Excellent location near multiple metro lines and train stations, great for exploring the city. Limited breakfast but clean and friendly staff. Discounted parking available nearby. Small shower but overall comfortable stay with AC and amenities. Would consider staying again for the value.

Just returned from New Year at a hotel and had a great experience. the staff were fantastic, especially the front desk, they were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. the location was perfect and we could easily walk to most attractions. We loved the fact that there was free Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast. the room was immaculate and housekeeping was excellent.

The value for money at Hotel Alane was excellent, with clean and comfy rooms. The location was very convenient, close to train stations, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast selection could be improved, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options.

The room facilities were impressive and offered great value for money. the soundproofing was exceptional, blocking out most of the street noise and providing a peaceful atmosphere. the hotel's convenient location near the metro made it easy to explore various parts of the city efficiently.

although the staff was generally polite, their level of English could have been better, leading to occasional communication difficulties.
