The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. The room was well-designed for three people and had new furniture and a minibar. The hotel arranged private parking even though it was initially stated as unavailable. The location was great, being close to the train station and not far from the Vieux Port. The staff also provided useful recommendations for restaurants and guided us around the area.

I had a superb stay at this hotel. The modern and cozy look of the hotel impressed me right from the start. The AC worked perfectly and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was excellent and even had bath robes. The location, just in front of the train station, made it convenient for me to get to the airport. The surroundings felt safe and I was able to easily walk to the city center in just 10-15 minutes. The personnel was extremely helpful and nice, making my stay even better.

This hotel is just in front of the train station, so it's perfect if you're travelling by train. The value for money is great as the rooms are very clean and have a big bed, or 2 beds if you need it. The breakfast is served in a nice courtyard and the food is very fresh.

My stay at this hotel was amazing! The staff at Alex Hotel & Spa were incredibly friendly and gave great suggestions on what to do in the city. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated and had a trendy appeal. I was pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a spacious room with a separate section featuring another sofa/bed and TV. The bathroom was lovely and they even provided bath robes. The location, right across from the train and bus station, was perfect. Despite being in the center, the room was quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended!

The breakfast offered delicious freshly cooked French toast, and the staff were very accommodating. the room was creatively divided into two private spaces, and the air conditioning worked great. the location was convenient and close to the port, making it easy to access the nearby attractions.

Although the room seemed generally clean, the mattress needed to be fumigated. the street-facing windows allowed for outside noise to be heard inside the room.

Best aspects of our stay were the convenient location, as the hotel was within walking distance from the train station and metro stop. This made it easy for us to get around and explore the city. Another advantage was the comfortable lounge area, where we could relax after checking out of our room. we were pleasantly surprised by the plentiful breakfast options, even though we decided to eat at the last minute.

They were not courteous and even refused to allow us to check in just 15 minutes early, despite the room being ready. we were given a poorly located room in another building, which made us feel isolated and inconvenienced.
