My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel in Paris. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, and the location near Gare de Lyon was very convenient. The staff at Riesner were friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast option could be improved with more variety or better quality dishes.

The hotel was in a perfect location for us, as it was extremely close to the train station. This made it convenient for our family with two small kids, especially since we were departing the day after. The room we stayed in was small but clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom was spacious and even had a bathtub, which was great for bathing the children. The staff was welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home.

the Wi-Fi was incredibly slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. the walls were paper-thin, and I could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms and in the hallway.

We arrived late at night to a surprise change in room but the staff quickly accommodated us at their sister hotel just around the corner. Despite the initial mix-up, the rooms at Hotel Riesner were clean, nicely decorated, and the bathroom was spotless. The location was very convenient, just 5 minutes from Gare de Lyon. The receptionists were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel for its helpful staff and great location.

Couldn't stay longer

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location couldn't have been better - situated in the heart of the city, it was really close to a metro station and within easy walking distance of many attractions. The convenience of having public transport right on our doorstep made exploring the city a breeze.

The hotel offered a couple of nice things that delighted us, two small gifts as a welcome and a complimentary breakfast. the hotel located close to a public transportation station that allowed us to move around easily. We also loved the decor and ambiance of the hotel, very relaxing and romantic.

Our romantic escape was ruined because of some negative things, the room was cramped with poor ventilation, resulting in a sweaty and stuffy stay. although the location was convenient, the surroundings were noisy, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.
