I had a great and hassle-free stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing and made my stay stress-free. They even helped me rebook my taxi transfer to the airport. The rooms were spacious and had good air conditioning, which was a must in the heat. The bathrooms were tidy and well-supplied, and I appreciated the daily room service with fresh towels and a clean bed. The location of the hotel was convenient, close to a Metro station on Line 13, making it easy to get around the city.

All was good, nothing to complain about.

We had a minor issue at the Hotel Ambassadeur during our stay. The hot water in our room stopped working one morning. However, the staff quickly resolved the issue and even offered us a complimentary breakfast as an apology. Despite this small inconvenience, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and located in a great area. I would recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.
