I recently stayed at an amazing apartment in a perfect location near the beach and all the shops and attractions I wanted to visit. The apartment was comfortable and quiet, with a great kitchen that allowed me to cook the best meat I’ve ever had. The amenities, like the lift, dishwasher, and washing machine, were a bonus. The apartment was also just a short walk away from the Promenade and a fresh market, with plenty of nearby restaurants and a bakery. The bedding and towels were of hotel quality, and the Nespresso coffee machine was a nice extra touch.

I can recommend this hotel.

The apartment was incredibly clean and beautiful, and had everything I needed. It felt just like home. the central location was perfect, with easy access to everything I needed. Additionally, the host was extremely friendly and helpful, and spoke English, which made communication a breeze. A big thank you to the host for making my stay so enjoyable!

There were a couple of minor inconveniences during my stay. the key was a bit difficult to turn in the lock, which made it challenging to get in at times.

The location was perfect, close to the beach, old town, and new town. The apartment was clean, beautifully furnished, and quiet. The managers were quick and easy to communicate with and always helpful. The apartment had efficient air conditioning and all the necessary facilities, including a well-resourced kitchen and washing machine.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beautiful beach and surrounded by a plethora of bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious, providing plenty of room for my family of four. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and there was even a washing machine and vacuum cleaner available. The hotel facilities were excellent, with USB and regular charging ports by the beds, a lighting control system, and hotel-quality bedding and towels. Additionally, the staff, especially Meriem, were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The hotel's proximity to the market and transportation options also made our stay even more convenient.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a TV and coffee machine. The location was convenient for food, the beach, and public transportation to other cities like Cannes and Monaco. The host was responsive and accommodating.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, with all the main attractions of the city within easy reach. Additionally, the apartment was clean and comfortable, providing a modern and enjoyable stay. the lift in the building was also a great feature, making it accessible for those with limited mobility. the assistance from Mr Ruth and Miriam in arranging airport transport was much appreciated, and their friendly attitude contributed to a memorable weekend.

One area for improvement would be providing better instructions for the microwave. It would have been helpful to have clear guidance on operating it.

Our stay at the apartment was perfect. We were in Nice for a week and the location couldn't have been better. The apartment itself was just like the photos - beautiful and well-furnished. The living room was spacious and we enjoyed having coffee and breakfast there every morning. The host was very nice and communication was easy. We were close to the city center, restaurants, and public transportation. it was a lovely experience and we would happily stay here again.
