I was initially worried about the hotel being far from the center, but I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable room and the overall satisfaction from my stay. The staff were friendly, the food was good, and the room provided a comfortable stay. Despite its distance from civilization, I knew that beforehand and it didn't hinder my experience. I would definitely consider staying here again. I recommend this hotel.

The Zenitude hotel is in a great location, only a 30-minute walk or a 40 to 50 euro taxi ride away from the airport. It's perfect if you have an early flight and want to be close to the airport. The staff are very friendly and helpful, making your stay even more enjoyable.

I was positively surprised by the pool and the size of the room. Cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel facilities, including the pool, exceeded my expectations. The parking was good and safe, although it was full once. Additionally, the location was very convenient as it was very near the airport and close to airport transport.

I recently stayed at the Zenitude Hotel-Residences Bordeaux Aeroport for a few nights during my trip to Bordeaux. The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk from the airport and conveniently located near bus stops that took me directly into the city center. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, speaking multiple languages fluently. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had a small kitchenette that was perfect for preparing meals. The pool was also a great addition, allowing me to relax and enjoy the sun during my stay. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

Costumer service was poor, no air conditioning in rooms, uncomfortable beds, and no food options. Staff was not helpful.

There are two bus stops nearby that offer direct routes to Bordeaux, and a cycle hire point for those who prefer biking. there is a Lidl close by, allowing guests to purchase food and utilize the small kitchen in the room.

Some maintenance issues were reported, such as a non-working light above the bathroom sink and a loose shower.
