Location was fantastic, just a short walk to the main attraction. the continental breakfast was included and provided enough options to start the day off right. Lastly, the staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any questions or concerns.

The bathroom sink was extremely small, causing water to spill onto the floor every time it was used. there was no elevator in the hotel, which was inconvenient for those who struggle with stairs, although the staff did offer a room on the ground floor upon request.

We stayed at Hotel L'Aragon for three nights during a family trip to Carcassonne. The large family room was beautifully refurbished, spacious, and had a separate bedroom for the children. Our family had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right at the bottom of the hill up to the walled city gate, making it easy for us to explore. The breakfast was delicious and there was a nice swimming pool to relax in. We also enjoyed the view of the castle from our room.

The hotel offered a great little pool, perfect for cooling off after a hot day of sightseeing. The staff were incredibly helpful, ordering taxis and allowing us to leave our bags. The rooms were quiet and clean, and the air conditioning was a welcome feature. Additionally, the continental breakfast provided a good variety of options, including cold meats, cheeses, pastries, fresh fruit.
