My family and I spent our Xmas at a hotel in the French Alps. the location was perfect, just a few steps from the ski slopes and the restaurants area. the hotel offered an excellent spa service with a swimming pool, hammam, and a spacious spa zone. we enjoyed the free drinks and snacks provided by the hotel at the spa area.

The hotel lacked some essential information in the rooms, such as weather and snow forecasts, and information about the hotel's services, such as the games room. the room was too small for a family of three, and the variety of food at the evening buffet was insufficient and poorly labelled.

The ski room was excellent with daily boot and ski storage. the spa offered high-quality treatments and was a great way to relax after a long day on the slopes. the hotel had a great bar area with plenty of seating and a variety of reading materials available.

The boot and ski room felt outdated and cramped, making it difficult to navigate. the hotel room decor was also outdated and the lobby gave off an old vibe.
