I had a wonderful stay at Astotel in Paris. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met, from providing an iron to allowing us to leave our luggage after check-out. The free mini bar and snacks in the lobby were a genius idea and saved us the hassle of searching for a grocery store. The location was excellent, close to Monmartre and with easy access to nearby metro stations and shops. The room was small but had all the necessary amenities, and the bed was super comfortable. it was a great value for money and I highly recommend staying here.

The stay was great, not noisy at all. Reception at breakfast was wonderful with fresh daily bread and meat. Tej, our server, was very helpful and energetic every day. Friendly, clean, and caters to your needs. Clean property with two bottles of water and a can of Pepsi for guests.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Astoria - Astotel! The value for money was great and my room was lovely and clean, providing a comfortable and quiet night's sleep. The location was perfect, with convenient access to the subway and plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The only thing I would suggest for improvement would be the breakfast selection.

On arrival, I experienced a minor issue with my payment, but the staff at Hotel Astoria - Astotel quickly resolved it. The room was extremely clean, and I loved that the toiletries were replenished daily. They even provided complimentary soft drinks in the room. The location was fantastic, just a short 3-minute walk to the metro station. I also appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits available throughout the day in the dining area.

Plus, you can enjoy a free mini bar with daily refills, and there is a snack bar with complimentary coffee and drinks.

The elevator is extremely small, which can be a bit inconvenient.

We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent location of Astotel. Just a short walk away, we found ourselves immersed in the bustling shopping district of Paris, including the famous Galleries Lafayette. The convenience was unbeatable!

Great complementary snacks and drinks! the free wifi was also quite fast and reliable. the location was perfect for exploring the city and restaurants in the area were of superb quality.

The room was not cleaned well enough. the bathroom was not as clean as we had hoped, with noticeable mold growth in the corners of the shower stall.

The staff were efficient and friendly, always willing to help. the hotel was located in a great area, with plenty of cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby. the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Our room was right next to the hotel lift, which caused a lot of noise and made it difficult to sleep. the walls were not soundproof, so we could hear noise from neighboring rooms.
