The staff is helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. The continental breakfast offers a delicious variety of options to start the day off right.

One small inconvenience is that occasionally it can be difficult to get the attention of the staff when looking for information.

We got great value for our money with clean and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect, within walking distance of St. Bernadette’s Grotto. The staff, especially Ms. Laurence at the front desk, were exceptional and the private hotel dining room was a delightful surprise for our fantastic dinners.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps with more variety or an extended serving time.

Additionally, the service provided by the staff, especially Nicolas, was exceptional. They were accommodating and helpful, ensuring that I had everything I needed during my stay. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with basic amenities, including clean towels that were changed daily. Another highlight was the delicious breakfast offered at the hotel. It was the perfect way to start each day and provided a great variety of options to suit everyone's taste.

I recently stayed at The Astoria Vatican in Lourdes for a few days and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel's central location made it easy for me to visit the Lourdes Grotto and explore the town. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always courteous, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The food at the hotel was good, although I would have appreciated more variety. I found The Astoria Vatican to be great value for money compared to other nearby hotels.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Lourdes and had a great experience. The staff at The Originals City were extremely helpful during the French rail strike, making sure we found a way to return to Toulouse. As a person with health issues, their assistance took a lot of stress out of the situation. They even had time for everyone, despite many guests being affected by the strike. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, making our overnight stop on the way to England from Spain quite pleasant. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore the nearby Shrine and enjoy the numerous restaurants and shops in the area. I would highly recommend this hotel for a short stay.

The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk from the main attraction. the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast spread offered a variety of options to choose from and the coffee was good.

The room had a musty smell, which was not pleasant. The shower curtain design was poor, causing water to pool on the bathroom floor.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They held my bag for several days and even brought it to my room when I returned. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the middle of everything - near the grotto, the city center, and all the restaurants. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the breakfast provided a good choice of options.
