Nothing everything was great.

The location next to the pond adds to the overall relaxing ambience. The rooms are well appointed and larger than many encountered. The staff provides courteous, friendly, and professional service. The breakfast is of a very high standard. The hotel offers excellent walking options right outside the door.

The rooms were big enough and had air con which was a lifesaver in the scorching temperatures. The pool area was nice and clean. The breakfast was good considering the price. The hotel location was also great for exploring the nearby towns and villages.

Some members of staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, which made us feel unwelcome. The decor in the room felt outdated and could have used a refresh. The bathroom was small and cramped. The food in the restaurant was overly expensive and didn't offer much variety. it was a disappointing experience.

I had a delightful stay at a charming hotel nestled in picturesque surroundings. The hotel's lovely grounds by a lake with a small beach and a 3.5km walk through the woods were a treat. The open-air, heated pool was perfect for relaxation. The owners were welcoming and courteous. The highlight was the excellent restaurant, where the set menu was well presented and delicious. Although a tad formal, the service was considerate. Despite a small hiccup with the availability of gin, the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for a stopover or a couple of days of rest and relaxation. a delightful stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location by the "etang" was beautiful, with a lovely lake where we could enjoy walks and observe the local birdlife. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay.
