The receptionist, Simon, was friendly and helpful. the hotel is located near major attractions and public transport. the rooms are reasonably sized and the bathroom was surprisingly luxurious. the hotel offers bicycles to use. the price was also great for the value received.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the railway station and easy to reach from there. Being in the centre of town was also a major advantage. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and the facilities provided were excellent. Additionally, the breakfast served was delicious and satisfying.

The walls of the hotel were thin, which made it difficult to sleep due to noisy neighbors. the cleanliness of the room could have been better, especially the floor.

I had a bit of a hiccup upon arrival as I arrived late and couldn't access the hotel, but a helpful passer-by came to the rescue and provided me with a charger. The next day, the staff apologized sincerely for the inconvenience. The location was excellent, close to the train station and great restaurants. However, the walls were a little thin, so it got a bit noisy at times. Despite this, I would still recommend Au Valery for its friendly service and convenient location.

Our room was impeccable, with a balcony, good AC, and a great shower. the breakfast for 6 euros was a steal, with coffee, juice, fresh bread, croissants, and spreads. the hotel's proximity to the town theatre and the charming 'pointe courte' area was a bonus.
