The hotel is conveniently located, right by the Metro. You can easily visit the Eiffel Tower, which is just a short metro ride away. Plus, there's a metro station directly across the street, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city.

The breakfast options are quite limited. For the price, you would expect more variety, but it only consists of coffee, marmalade, butter, and pastries.

I recently stayed at a hotel near UNESCO in Paris for my meeting, and I couldn't have asked for a more convenient location. Avia Hotel Saphir Montparnasse is just a short walk to the venue and close to the Pasteur metro station, making it easy to explore the city, including the Eiffel Tower. Plus, the Montparnase shopping mall is only a few minutes away on foot. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the rooms were small but clean, well-stocked with towels, coffee, and tea. a great experience.

The hotel's central location allowed me to easily walk to most of Paris's attractions and main bus lines going to the various train stations. The helpful staff was knowledgeable about the area and provided directions back to the train station. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. Additionally, the hotel facilities were well-maintained and provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Montparnasse for my pastry tour and Avia Hotel Saphir Montparnasse was the perfect choice. It had a great location, close to the Seine, museums, and Saint Germain. The best part was that some of the top Patisseries were just across the street, such as Pierre Herme, Des Gateaux et du Pain, and Cyril Lignac. The hotel staff was very kind and my request for a room with a balcony was happily accommodated. The room was clean, although small, and the price was very good. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

During my stay at Avia Hotel Saphir Montparnasse, I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location right across from the metro station. The room I stayed in on the top floor had wonderful natural light and was surprisingly quiet. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the cleanliness of the room was exceptional. The small balcony was a nice bonus, allowing me to enjoy the perfect weather in May. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the woman at the front desk who was there most of the day. Despite a few minor issues such as a malfunctioning heater and a small bathroom, the overall experience was positive considering the reasonable price range. I would recommend this hotel for its value and location.

The sound isolation in the rooms could have been better, as we could hear noise from the hallway and other rooms. the bathroom was quite small, but this seems to be typical for Paris.
