During our Easter stay, we appreciated the clean and functional room provided. We were pleased with the location which allowed us easy access to a nearby train station for transportation to the city center. we were happy to find a safe parking area for our car at night.

We also experienced issues with double charging and were frustrated with the lack of cooperation in resolving the situation. A mattress topper could have made a significant difference in our comfort but our request for one was ignored.
