I recently stayed at The Originals City in Carcassonne for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room was quiet and clean, providing a peaceful environment for relaxation. The hotel's location was also convenient, allowing easy access to both the old city and the countryside. The free and plentiful parking was a great added bonus. Additionally, there were grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance, making it easy to grab any necessities or have a quick meal. I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend The Originals City to others.

The hotel was conveniently located near a retail park and main road, making it easy to find. the room was clean and modern, and free parking was available. the continental breakfast was adequate and reasonably priced.

Even though individual AC/heating systems were available, the central system was switched off after the first night, making the room uncomfortably hot. the noise from the road also made it impossible to open the windows for fresh air.

Great value for money, excellent room size and comfort. Convenient location with nearby shops and easy access to public transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, right next to a shopping complex. It was so convenient to have everything I needed within walking distance. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice air-conditioning system that kept me cool during the hot weather. The bed was comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. The shower in the room was excellent, with good water pressure and hot water. And the best part? Breakfast was included in the price! Such a great value for money.

It is disappointing to hear that the breakfast pricing at the hotel was misrepresented by the receptionist. This lack of transparency and consistency in their communication is not acceptable and can lead to frustrations and misunderstandings for guests.

Modern, clean rooms with comfortable beds and friendly staff. I didn't have breakfast as there's a bakery in front of the hotel that serves coffee. The hotel is easy to find and has free parking and WiFi. Despite some drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, I would recommend this hotel overall.
