The check-in process was easy with a self-service machine, and the room we got was simple but clean, warm, and comfortable. the hotel had no unnecessary frills or staff, which suited our needs perfectly. We had a sound sleep and would definitely use Balladins again.

We had a great experience at Balladins in Chambray-les-Tours. the breakfast offered a fresh, delicious selection and the staff were friendly. the location was convenient, being situated on the main commercial route with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. the hotel was close to the highway junctions, which made it easy for us to continue our journey.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch and the hotel facilities were great. We appreciated the ample parking space available. The location was perfect for us as it was close to several restaurants in a quiet neighborhood.

The hotel is in a great location, conveniently located near key attractions and with easy access to public transport. The view from some of the rooms was really nice. The shower facilities were clean and well-maintained, which was a pleasant surprise. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, even though we didn't speak much French.

There was some noise disturbance during the night, possibly due to nearby construction or delivery trucks. Finding parking was a bit of a challenge, but I managed to find a spot a few blocks away in a quiet neighborhood.

Had a great stopover at Balladins for our trip to Spain. the location was excellent, convenient for the motorway and avoiding toll roads. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and provided a good night's sleep. Flavien, the receptionist, was exceptional, ensuring we had a reserved parking space and taking care of all our needs. His excellent English was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again, although we would choose a better room next time.
