Had a fantastic romantic escape in Bordeaux. the hotel was in a great location, close to metro, restaurants, and cafes. We felt safe exploring the area on foot. the bed was incredibly comfortable, giving us one of the best nights of sleep. the staff, especially Florian, was super helpful and allowed us to securely store our bags until our room was ready.

The room refreshment allowance was a bit stingy, only providing one coffee pod per person per day. Also, the selection of English-speaking cable TV channels was limited to the usual news channels.

I recently stayed at Best Western Premier in Bordeaux for 3 nights during a city break. The location was ideal, within walking distance of all the main attractions and with easy access to public transport. The hotel staff, especially Chloe, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. The hotel itself was housed in a beautiful period building with Art Deco decor. The room was spacious and the bathroom was modern. The view of the old buildings from the room was perfect. it was a great trip and I would highly recommend this hotel.
