The staff were very friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. They spoke English, which made communication much easier for us. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a fantastic spa and wellness center, where we were able to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the town. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Colmar.

They even gave us three sets of towels for our convenience. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed, double wash basins, and a shower. The amenities in the room were perfect for tourists, including a fridge and kettle. The hotel's location, right opposite the train station, was very convenient. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a good variety of options, served by the friendly staff. The common areas and gymnasium were great additions to our stay.
