The staff were very friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. They spoke English, which made communication much easier for us. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a fantastic spa and wellness center, where we were able to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the town. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Colmar.

The food was quite satisfying and we really liked the complementary wine and chocolates. the location was quite convenient, just a short distance from the train station and the city center. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view of the city from our room.

They even gave us three sets of towels for our convenience. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed, double wash basins, and a shower. the amenities in the room were perfect for tourists, including a fridge and kettle. the hotel's location, right opposite the train station, was very convenient. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a good variety of options, served by the friendly staff.
