Traveling with three kids can be nerve-wracking, but our stay at Best Western in Chartres was lovely. The staff were welcoming and helpful, recommending places to go and things to do. The hotel has a comforting old world charm with modern fixtures and fittings. We loved the bright brasserie with a glass ceiling and the cozy bar, like an English pub. The location is perfect, and our suite had a beautiful bedroom for us and a sofa bed for the kids. it was a pleasure staying at this hotel and we will definitely be back.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and comforting. The porter/receptionist went above and beyond in settling us in and dealing with parking. The rooms were comfortable and had great interconnectivity for families. The location was convenient, within easy walking distance of bars and shops. Alexander even offered to forward lost documents.

The rooms are modern and very comfortable, with super comfortable bedding for a good night's sleep. The staff is courteous and friendly, providing helpful advice about the city. The hotel also offers various facilities, including a Michelin starred restaurant or a casual restaurant, a multi-room bar, and a spa for a relaxing evening.

The wifi requires logging in every time you lock your phone, which can be a minor inconvenience.

The check-in process was seamless, and our room, though the cheapest option, was delightful with charming attic-style decor and a chic modern bathroom. The hotel's beautiful French building with its lobby, staircase, bar, and restaurant added to the overall charm. Although we didn't have enough time to try the spa facilities, we would love to stay at this hotel again for a longer period. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed in this hotel during the new year and we were pleasantly surprised with the complementary champagne and snacks offered at the reception. the hotel is perfectly located for exploring the historic center on foot, with many restaurants and shops in the area. the room was spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated having a fridge to store our drinks.

The quality of the breakfast was not up to our expectations, and the prices were too high. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was a negative experience.
