The staff were extremely friendly and helpful during my stay. They went out of their way to accommodate my request for a room on a lower floor due to my fear of heights. The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the main attractions. This made it very convenient for exploring the city.

The wifi in my room could have been stronger, as it was a bit slow and unreliable at times. the old building had some restrictions on building work, which meant there were some quirks like tight spiral staircases.
