Our family had a fantastic stay at this charming hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and cafes close by. The staff were extremely helpful, even carrying the luggage for us. The rooms were smart, comfortable, and relaxing. The service was exceptional, and the breakfast buffet was fabulous, with a wide selection of delicious options. Neg: The only downside was the lack of a bar in the hotel.

After a long day of exploring the city, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service at Best Western. The staff immediately took care of our luggage and offered us complimentary coffees and pastries while we waited for our room to be ready. The one bedroom suite we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a quiet interior courtyard view. The highlight of our stay was the unbelievably great breakfast buffet, featuring a wide variety of hot dishes, high-quality cheeses, cold cuts, and pastries. The coffee selection was also impressive, both in the room and at breakfast. Despite a few minor cleanliness issues with the carpet and furniture, the overall quality of the room and bathroom was exceptional. The hotel's location was also perfect, centrally located and close to the metro. I would happily recommend Best Western to fellow travelers.

The suite had great amenities, including a big comfortable bed, fluffy towels, Nespresso maker, and two big TVs. The staff was excellent and the location was perfect for walking everywhere.

During my business trip, I had a really great experience at the hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort. the complimentary breakfast was a great way to start my day, with fresh and delicious baguettes that I couldn't resist. the location was perfect as well, with convenient access to nearby subway and train stations and a plethora of dining options. On top of everything else, the room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

There really wasn't much to dislike about my stay at the hotel. the only thing I could say was that the elevator was a bit small, but that's just a minor detail and definitely wasn't a deal-breaker for me.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the middle of tourist spots with buses, taxis all nearby at walking distance. The rooms, although very small, are clean and cosy. The service provided by the staff is wonderful, they are very friendly and kind. The basic amenities in the room are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was included in the room price, making it very reasonable.

Stayed at Best Western for a night with my wife. The staff was very helpful and offered us a room upgrade during the "yellow vest" protests for our security. Clean and tastefully designed property with spacious rooms and all necessary facilities. Comfortable bed and fresh, tasty breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in a great location with friendly staff.
