The automatic shutters and double entry door made sure we had a peaceful night's sleep, with absolutely no noise disturbance. The staff was friendly and welcoming, especially the night receptionist Louis who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The breakfast offered a wide selection of choices, from fruits to breads, cheeses, eggs, and meat. We especially enjoyed trying the local Alsatian breakfast specialties. we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again on our next occasion.

I was delighted to find that it was also within walking distance from the train station, making it very convenient for travelers like myself. The staff at this hotel were always at the client's service, and their fluent English made communication easy. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, and the amenities provided were top-notch. I particularly appreciated having a fridge and a coffee machine in the room, as well as electrical outlets on both sides of the bed. the level of comfort and quality service at this place was truly impressive.

As longer-term business travelers, we were impressed with the newly refurbished rooms which were extremely clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was ideal, just a 5-minute walk from the station and Petit France, and only 10 minutes from the cathedral. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, even remembering us from our previous visit. The breakfast was great, with plenty of choices and served early enough for us to enjoy before catching our 7.45 train. Additionally, the hotel had under cover parking for our motorbike, which was a bonus for us.
