We stayed in room 202 and were delighted by the comfortable and spacious accommodation. The large bed was incredibly comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a restful night's sleep. Despite overlooking the street, the soundproof windows kept the room incredibly quiet. The room had a safe that wasn't working, but the reception staff were quick to resolve the issue. We appreciated the little touches, like lights in the wardrobe, and the bathroom was well-appointed with a good shower. The hotel's location near the metro made it easy for us to explore the city, and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

We had a great stay at Best Western Premier! the location was perfect, right next to a metro stop. the bed was comfortable and the shower had hot water. the breakfast provided a good start to the day, and the staff, especially Patrick, were very helpful and accommodating. Despite the small size of some rooms, Patrick helped us find a bigger room when it became available. We truly enjoyed our stay thanks to his generosity and excellent service. We look forward to returning to this hotel for many years to come.

The rooms were quite small for the price, and some amenities, such as the air conditioning and hairdryer, were not functioning properly. It was also disappointing to come back to an uncleaned room late in the afternoon, and some noise from the hotel garden disturbed our sleep at night.

I was pleasantly surprised by the great location of the hotel. It was a short walk from both Gare de Nord and Gare de l'Est, making it very convenient for our travel plans. The proximity to the Metro line 7 was also a big plus, allowing us to easily explore popular attractions like Galaria La Fayette, the Opera, the Louvre, and St. Michael. The hotel itself had everything we needed for our 4-day weekend stay. The rooms were small, but as a light traveler, it was just the right size. The nearby bakery was a great spot for breakfast.
