Convenient amenities in the room such as tea/coffee and a fridge. Fabulous air conditioning, perfect for hot nights. Close proximity to the main street and tram line to the beach. Plenty of eating places nearby.

The hotel is perfectly situated just off the main street, making it convenient to explore the city. We were only a short walk away from the tram station, the beach, the old town, and the train station. The room we stayed in was basic but functional, with a comfortable bed and a clean modern bathroom. The air conditioning/heating worked well and was quiet. Had a fantastic weekend at this charming French hotel. the breakfast was absolutely delicious, and a great value. the hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city and all it has to offer. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee in our room, which was a nice touch.

That the room was a bit dated and could use some attention. our room faced a busy street, which made for a noisy night's sleep.

I had a great stay at this hotel in a prime location just off the main avenue in Nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, offering excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat. The room was clean, with a nice modern bathroom and a comfortable double bed.

The Hotel Boreal had a charming character and was conveniently located near tram stations, shops, cafes, and the sea. the room, although small, was not any smaller than other hotels I've stayed in, and I found it to be clean and cozy. the bathroom was nice, with a good working shower.
