We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Best Western provided us with excellent amenities and service. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious food and drinks. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a bonus kitchenette that included a kettle, tea, water, and sweet treats. The free shuttle bus to the airport and Palexpo show space was a huge plus. We had a peaceful night's sleep as our room faced the quiet backyard instead of the street. The staff, including the shuttle drivers, were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us.

We had a great Xmas stay! The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi during our visit. The location was ideal, with many restaurants nearby and a well-stocked supermarket just a short drive away. the room was spacious and well-maintained and had a small kitchenette, making our stay even more comfortable.

The fitness room could have had better equipment, and the Wi-Fi was not always reliable. However, these were minor issues and did not detract from our overall positive experience.
