campanile reims pleasantly surprised us during our day tour. reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, addressing our concerns. well-located, with secure parking and within walking distance of the city center and cathedral. the restaurant staff were obliging and tried their best to assist us with our limited french. definitely exceeded our expectations!

We chose Campanile for its budget-friendly price, but we were pleasantly surprised by the value we got for our money. This hotel is located in the heart of the city center, making it very convenient to explore all the attractions. The rooms are spacious and the large bathroom is spotlessly clean. The staff is attentive and provides excellent service. I particularly enjoyed having a view over the lake from my room with the window open. The breakfast, although limited in choice, was served on a big terrace at a good price for money.
