I recently stayed at a lovely campsite surrounded by mountains and nature. The owner, Bruno, and his staff at Camping Calme Et Nature were incredibly friendly and helpful. They have created a peaceful environment with beautiful grounds, including a stream running through the property. The bar/restaurant area was a great place to enjoy a cold beer and a delicious, affordable meal. I stayed in one of the park homes, which was clean and comfortable, with a shaded terrace where I could relax.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and welcomed. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the beautiful grounds, with a stream and lots of trees, creating a tranquil environment. The bar/restaurant provided reasonably priced meals and a nice spot to relax. The park home we stayed in was clean, comfortable, and had its own shaded terrace. Borrowing bikes for free to explore the nearby town was a great perk. Each tent had its own picnic bench and private garden, giving us privacy and everything we needed.

Felt like a true getaway, no reason to complain.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short distance from the town center. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, providing excellent service. The cabins were comfortable and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The restaurant on-site offered delicious food, particularly the pizzas in the evening. the peaceful surroundings gave us a serene atmosphere throughout our stay.

The only drawback was the additional charge for linen and towels, which we found a bit expensive.

Our stay at Camping Calme Et Nature was absolutely delightful. The chalet we stayed in had breathtaking views and plenty of windows to soak in the beauty of nature. The accommodation was perfect for our family, with spacious rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The kids loved the play space right next to our chalet, and we even had our own private garden with a picnic table. The campsite owners were friendly and always available to assist us. The location was superb, just a short distance from the charming village of Castellane. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this camping site.
