The hotel felt like a small family-run establishment, with the staff being incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-decorated, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The hotel offered a wide range of amenities, including a heated swimming pool, which added to our overall comfort and relaxation. Additionally, the hotel's restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfasts were hearty and flavorful, featuring local specialties. our experience at this venue was exceptional and we highly recommend it to everyone.

The only slight drawback was the language barrier, as very few of the staff members spoke English. However, with a little bit of effort and patience, communication was not a major issue.

We had the most amazing time at a hidden gem in the mountains. The setting was absolutely stunning, with a picturesque waterfall just steps away from our deck. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even accommodating our late arrival with a delicious dinner served in our room. The room itself was spacious and had plenty of outlets, and the free parking was a bonus. we would highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful location and outstanding service.

Spent Easter weekend at this hotel and it was fantastic! Great natural surroundings, with waterfalls and fields, perfect for relaxing walks with family. One major positive point was the delicious breakfast, with freshly baked croissants and an excellent coffee. Another highlight was the spacious room, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view from the window.

There were some downsides to our experience. the hotel lacked service during lunchtime and the staff were not quite friendly, with a few exceptions.

The location of the hotel was perfect, nestled in a picturesque setting with a nearby waterfall and beautiful valley. the rooms were spacious and luxurious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable for a good night's sleep. the breakfast provided was plentiful and of high quality, and I especially enjoyed sitting by the window and admiring the view while enjoying my meal.

there was no air conditioning in the rooms, which made sleeping quite difficult, especially during the warm weather. being close to the waterfall and river, there were a lot of midges and insects that were quite bothersome at night.

The hotel is situated down a very steep hillside, offering guests a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The rooms are described as being clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay for guests. The service at the hotel is highly praised, with the staff being attentive and helpful. guests have enjoyed breakfast with a wide variety of food options to choose from.

One negative aspect mentioned by guests is the limited a la carte menu in the restaurant, which could be improved to offer more choices for dining.
