We had a wonderful stay at this centrally located hotel. Celeste Batignolles Montmartre was just a 3-minute walk from the metropolitan Place de Clichy, making it super convenient for exploring the city. the receptionists were incredibly helpful and nice, ensuring that we had a pleasant experience from the start. the rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We were impressed by how clean and neat the bathrooms were. the hotel's modern decor added to the pleasant atmosphere. We were not disturbed by any noise or traffic, and we even had the option to open a window if needed. it was a great value for money and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Place de Clichy metro station, making it easy to explore the city. It is also near a supermarket, which is convenient for picking up any essentials. The hotel's location in a crowded area also adds a sense of safety and security. The rooms are newly painted and the building itself is beautiful. The staff is friendly and most of them speak English, making communication easy.

There was an incident where a guest found themselves locked out for around 20 minutes due to a front desk representative being on the lower level.

I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the fact that the hotel was located in a safe and convenient area close to many attractions. the cleanliness of the rooms and the overall quietness of the hotel were also definite positives.

Communication regarding check-in times could have been clearer and the lack of clarity regarding room set-up was inconvenient. the cleanliness of some of the linen and carpets was also disappointing.

the staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and friendly, always greeting us with smiles. Even when we arrived early and our room wasn't ready, they allowed us to leave our luggage with them and brought it up to our room once it was available. the room itself was clean and comfortable, perfect for me and my partner. the location was great, with many nice restaurants and bars nearby, and it was just a short walk to Galleries Lafayette.

Staying here was a dream come true! I loved that this place was so close to the metro station and made it easy to explore. The staff were amazing and always willing to help out with any issues I had. I also appreciated the room amenities like the electric kettle, flat-screen tv, and air conditioning which made my stay very comfortable. The spa and wellness centre was an added bonus which allowed me to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing.
