We loved the central location of the hotel, just off the main square in the center of the village. Everything, from the hotel facilities to the nearby lake, was easily accessible. The charming house had a homely feel, with a pretty garden where we enjoyed our meals. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the modern bathroom added to our comfort. Furthermore, the staff, especially Matthew, made us feel very welcome and provided us with useful information about the area. The breakfast was delightful, with fresh fruit and a continental spread.

we had an incredible evening at chaillac b&b. the dinner option blew us away - top notch food and exceptional value for money. the old property had so much character and our spacious room was perfect. our friendly host, who has traveled extensively, took time to help us plan our cycling routes. a gem of a stay!

The location of the accommodation is excellent, situated just off the main square in the centre of the village. This makes it convenient for exploring the local area and accessing amenities. The garden provides a lovely setting for enjoying dinner, surrounded by memories from the owner's travels. The room we stayed in, the Oriental Room, was spacious with a comfortable king-size bed. The adjacent bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the owner, Matthew, was friendly and attentive. The breakfast offered a delicious selection of freshly baked pastries and homemade granola.

The parking options were limited, and finding a spot could be challenging at times.

We had a delightful stay at this beautiful Bed & Breakfast. the property is filled with unique and artistic objects from around the world, creating a charming atmosphere. the owner, Matt, is not only a fantastic host but also an outstanding cook. We were treated to a mouthwatering dinner with dishes like homemade confit of duck and a heavenly Verona chocolate torte. the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and we slept soundly on the elegantly firm mattresses. the traditional French breakfast, including the finest coffee, croissants, and yogurt, was a perfect start to each day.

We've been staying at this B&B for years as it's the perfect stopover on our way to the Ariège. The location is great, with ample parking and in the center of a charming village. Matthew, the host, is exceptional - welcoming and attentive to detail. The rooms are beautifully decorated and well-equipped, and the beds are very comfortable. The dinner prepared by Matthew is always superb, with a set menu using seasonal produce. Breakfast is equally delicious, with freshly baked pastries and homemade granola. Highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.
