Convenient central location, well-furnished split-level apartment with stunning mountain views from balconies. Excellent facilities including pool, spa, and heated lockers. Attentive and helpful staff, with daily breakfast delivery. Sauna and swimming pool are clean and modern, and the ski room is convenient.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with a modern and very clean apartment. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with two bathrooms and a proper oven in the kitchen. The location was perfect, right next to the slopes and just a short walk to the ski hire shop. The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We had an amazing experience at Chalet Des Neiges! The staff, especially Sandra on reception, were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond to assist us during a crisis when one of our friends had a major accident. They sent our passports to Grenoble, provided an extra mattress for us, gave us free bowling vouchers, and even printed luggage labels for us to send our bags back to the UK. They were incredibly supportive and helpful throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. The apartments were also great - warm, well-decorated, and with plenty of utensils in the kitchen. The location was perfect, right next to the ski lifts and with a fantastic view over the entire Arc 2000 bowl. The large balcony was a wonderful spot to soak up the afternoon sun. The ski room had spacious lockers and boot heaters, making it easy to store our gear. We also enjoyed the shared facilities, including the spa, pool, and pool table. And to top it all off, we had fresh pastry deliveries every morning. We cannot recommend Chalet Des Neiges enough for their exceptional service and comfortable accommodations.

amazing location, right by the lift between Arc 1950 and 2000. Loved the option to have fresh bakery delivered each morning. The spa was a perfect way to relax after skiing.

Beds were uncomfortable, hard to sleep.

The location of this hotel is truly convenient for a solo skier like myself. There is a ski hire shop right next to the slopes, making it easy to rent equipment and hit the slopes without any hassle. there is a supermarket in town within walking distance, allowing me to easily stock up on essentials for my stay. being right by the Cabriolet gondola down to 1950 provided quick access to other ski areas. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a lovely view over the slopes. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, as evidenced by their support in a crisis situation and the friendly reception throughout the stay. The breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying. The ski room provided ample space to store my gear and the boot heaters were a nice bonus.

The inconvenience of long waiting times for the single elevator leading down to the parking.

My recent stay at this ski-in ski-out chalet was absolutely fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From sending our passports to Grenoble to organizing the return of our ski gear, they were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our stay. The receptionists Sandra and Marion were particularly outstanding. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. The sauna and swimming pool were modern and well-maintained, and we thoroughly enjoyed using them. The location was also excellent, with easy access to ski rentals, ski school, restaurants. I would highly recommend Chalet Des Neiges - La Source Des Arcs to anyone visiting the area.
