I recently stayed at a lovely boutique hotel in Epernay. The location was great, right at the beginning of Champagne Avenue, and they even had parking on site. I was pleased to find out that the hotel is dog friendly, as I brought my furry friend along with me. The room itself was spacious and clean, and I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, and it was nice to have secure parking for peace of mind.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is within walking distance of some lovely restaurants and right in the center of town. You can easily explore the area and visit the nearby champagne houses. The rooms are beautiful, with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The breakfast in the adjacent restaurant offers a great selection of food.

The check-in process could be improved, as some guests experienced difficulties and confusion.

In terms of facilities, the hotel offers spacious apartments with balconies and kitchen facilities. The bathrooms are also well-appointed with nice supplies. The service provided by the staff is friendly and attentive. Breakfast is enjoyable and the location is central, allowing guests to easily access nearby restaurants.

There was an oversight in informing guests about a private function that prevented them from using the bar in the evening. It would have been helpful for the hotel to communicate this in advance, allowing guests to make alternative arrangements for dinner and drinks.
