We had a great stay at a hotel in a good location, close to two metro stations. the staff were helpful and the room was clean. It was a bit small, but that was expected in Paris. the hotel also had amenities like a TV, fan, fridge, and toiletries. We slept well despite the noise outside. a great experience at Hotel Charing Cross.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the metro stations St Lazare and St Augustin. This makes it convenient for exploring all the sites of the city. Additionally, it is near the train station of Gare-Lazare, providing a convenient connection to the Palace of Versailles. The hotel also offers a good supply of towels in the bathroom and a kettle with tea bags for added convenience.

The room size might be a bit small for those who prefer more space.

Free champagne and macarons were a great touch for welcoming in the new year. the location was very central, with easy access to public transportation and some great cafes and restaurants nearby. the room was clean and had a decent sized bathroom.

The walls were thin and we could constantly hear our neighbors. the elevator was incredibly small and could only fit two people with small luggage.

I had a surprisingly great stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the location right beside Gare Saint Lazare station and the Opera area. Secondly, the staff was attentive and provided excellent service. They made sure all my needs were met and were very friendly. Thirdly, the basic amenities in the rooms were well-maintained and I was pleasantly surprised by the modern designs depicted in the pictures on the website. Lastly, the breakfast included in the price was a great perk and added convenience to my stay.
