The hotel is located in a pleasant non-touristy area of Paris, tucked away on a quieter street in a residential neighborhood. The rooms are comfortable, with a big bed that is particularly large for Paris. The bathroom is newly renovated and very nice. The hotel offers breakfast, which is included in the price.

The noise level in the room was a bit high, creating some trouble for those who are light sleepers. the lack of air conditioning made the room a bit uncomfortable during the warmer days of the trip.

The hotel is conveniently located in a small square in the pleasant non-touristy Alesia district. It's easy to reach Paris city centre on the metro, as it is close to a metro stop on the number 4 line which connects with all the other metro lines. The rooms are spacious and recently renovated, providing a comfortable stay.

Lovely stay! The hotel had a gorgeous and authentic Parisian feel. The rooms were modern, sophisticated, and spotless. Despite the lack of air conditioning, opening the windows with secure shutters kept the room cool. The location was quiet, safe, and conveniently close to the metro. I highly recommend staying here!

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the location was very good as there is a metro station nearby and plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes in the bustling locality. We also found the rooms to be great value for money, with basic amenities and spotless cleanliness. Additionally, the breakfast was simple but delicious, with a selection of bread, croissants, cereal, and yogurt. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is located in a calm street and offers clean and comfortable rooms with a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently situated between two metro stations, Alesia and Porte d'orleans, providing easy access to all the Paris attractions via the local buses. Additionally, there are useful shops and eateries nearby, including a restaurant called Tokyo where we enjoyed delicious Asian food.

Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located close to a metro station, making it easy to explore this city. Moreover, there is a fantastic bakery nearby that I highly recommend.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and smell-free. The mattress was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The bathroom was well-appointed, with a large shower. The hotel's location was superb, with easy access to transportation. It was located on a small street in a pleasant non-touristy district, yet within walking distance of trams and nice restaurants and bars. The hotel staff were extremely helpful, recommending great places to go and providing directions. I especially liked how easy it was to change trains at Denfert Rochereau for the Eiffel Tower or St Michel for Versailles, making it convenient to explore popular attractions.
