We had a great stay at Citadines! The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro line and close proximity to all the attractions. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a separate toilet and shower that we appreciated. The free coffee and tea in the nice courtyard was a nice touch. We also liked that parking was available on the property for a reasonable price.

Despite a few minor issues, we had a great time at Citadines and would definitely recommend it.

The staff provides good service, and the hotel is close to all major attractions in the surrounding area, such as Colmar and the Cathedral. The rooms are little apartments, perfect for a longer stay, and they are kept clean.

We were offered a free upgrade to a more spacious apartment upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. the breakfast was delicious and worth opting in for. the location of the apartment was perfect for exploring the city, as all the main attractions and restaurants were within walking distance.

The apartment did not have air conditioning, which made it quite uncomfortable during the hot summer weather. the size of the apartment was smaller than expected and it was difficult to navigate around the furniture.

I recently stayed at Citadines in Strasbourg for a few nights and it exceeded my expectations. After a long travel night, the lady at the reception was kind enough to let us check in early. The breakfast spread was fantastic with a wide variety of high-quality options. The bed was comfortable and we even had a small kitchen and bathtub in our room. The hotel also had an amazing coffee machine that we could access all day. The staff were welcoming and efficient, and the central location made it easy to walk to the train station and major attractions. I highly recommend this excellent accommodation.
