I stayed at Citadines Prado Chanot for a few nights during my trip to Marseille. The location was fantastic, with the Velodrome and Marseille Chanot nearby, as well as a shopping center and plenty of restaurants. The room was spotless and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable and it was surprisingly quiet. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially considering my limited French skills. it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The Old Port is a picturesque area with lots of cafes and restaurants, perfect for a relaxing family meal. The Cruise Terminal offered a unique opportunity to see the big ships up close and sparked our children's imaginations. Both places added an extra touch of excitement to our family vacation.

My children wanted more activities for kids to enjoy within the hotel.

Noisy Doors: Unfortunately, the doors in the hotel make a loud noise when closing. It was quite frustrating, as people would come and go throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep peacefully.

I spent my Christmas holiday in the city and found the hotel very conveniently located near bus and metro stops, making it easy to explore the city. the bed was very comfortable, and the hot shower was great after a long day of sightseeing. the complimentary hot drinks were a nice touch and helped me warm up during the cold winter days.

I was promised room service on a specific day but had to prompt the reception to have it done, which was not ideal. my stay was good, with a few minor hiccups that could have been improved.
