Had a lovely Christmas, the complementary breakfast and champagne were a nice touch. the hotel is located close to the Christmas markets and all the main attractions of the city. the staff is friendly and helpful.

Room was not properly cleaned, the towels were worn out and the bed sheets had some stains. the noise level was quite high, it felt like the walls were made of paper and we could hear everything going on in the neighboring rooms and hallway.

I had a delightful experience at a hotel in Strasbourg. the staff at the Clapclap Hotel, Food & Bar were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure my family's comfort, even accommodating our request to have rooms close to each other. I also received a 10% discount voucher for a boat trip after inquiring about it at the front desk. the location of the hotel was perfect, with a tram stop right in front of the door and most places within walking distance. the hotel itself had a modern design and even provided free popcorn in the reception area.
